Returns Policy

We do hope you will be happy with your purchase however if you do feel the need to return an item, please filled the simple steps below:

1: Please email boujeebox@boujeebox.uk with your order number, name and the reason for your return. If your items are damaged, please email across an image of the damaged item to us within 1 working day of receiving the item. Please remember to mention if you would like a replacement or if you would like us to go ahead with a refund.

2: Package up your return.

Please package your return so it is safe for transit in its original packaging and condition. Please remember to include your name, order number and the reason for return.

3: Take to the post office and send your return to:

Please note that you will be required to pay for the return postage costs.

We would recommend that you get proof of postage for your return as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing. Refunds will only be made once Boujeebox have received the return.
